your concerns are good. In my view , it is a necessary evil to Indians. You either dont take it and live with its disadvantages or sign it and live with its disadvantages. how you view it matters. I am not a supporter of left in this particular issue though i am a pro socialist communist when compared to captialism. I trust with your knowledge of understanding the schemes you can know what is speaks. you have 123 agreement in internet. I dont think for a person like , me like half baked informative guy need to explain you the good parts of the n deal. But only one point i felt veryd sad. the 40 mps of tamil nadu could have joined hand and the so called tamil leader KK could have told - if you want all my support then centralize the river from states. I am a pro Manmohan sign on Nuclear deal which i feel is a necessary evil. I wont say it doesnt have any hitches but is a necessary evil. to answer few question to which i know to an extent. TO my understanding - assam uraniam resources are not extractable as easily. Its extraction is complicated and is not easy. THorium reactors have not attained the saturation. India dont have plutonium enrichment technology which is more important bi product of uranium calendar ( may be i need to cross verify on this aspect but to my memory i am correct) Indian plutonium enrichment technology is pathetic. We have only developed calender to enrich the uranium and heavy water production technology is not grown up as we claim. Why Nuclear ? that is your valid question. Future has its answer. We all will see is what i guess. May be my answers are vague.

In my view this nuclear deal is like a marriage - a Necessary evil one has to live with . One need high amount of courage and determination to be unmarried.

கலாம் அவர்கள் ஆதரிப்பது அணு மின்சக்தி திட்டத்தை. ஆனால் அவருக்கும் அமெரிக்கா இதில் செய்யும் அரசியல் தெரியுமா என்பது குறித்து எந்த தகவலும் இல்லை.

ரஷ்யாவிடமிருந்து நமது கூடன்குளம் திட்டத்திற்கு எல்லா உதவிகளும் கிடைத்துக்கொண்டுதானே இருக்கின்றன? பின் ஏன் ரஷ்யாவின் உதவியை மறுத்துவிட்டு, அமெரிக்காவின் பின்னால் செல்லவேண்டும்? ரஷ்யா எந்த நிபந்தனையும் நமக்கு விதிக்கவில்லையே?

( தயவு செய்து நான் இடதுசாரிகளின் ஆதரவாளன் எனக்கருத வேண்டாம். நான் யாரையும் கண்ணைமூடிக்கொண்டு ஆதரிக்கவோ அல்லது எதிர்க்கவோ இல்லை.)
